Walk to benefit St. Matthew’s House Saturday

Nearly 50 people expected to take part in fundraiser.

St. Matthew’s House says it expects nearly 50 people to take part in its inaugural “Walk for SMH” through Hamilton’s north end Saturday morning.

The fundraiser begins at the Workers Arts and Heritage Centre on Stuart Street at 9:30 a.m. and includes a 1.4-kilometre stroll that will stop at five spots reflecting the area’s history.
