Waterdown Rotary Club needs student exchange hosts
Families can’t have dogs or cats due to guest’s severe allergies
The Rotary Club of Waterdown is looking for four volunteer families without dogs or cats to help host a student from Argentina for a one-year youth exchange program.

The Rotary Club of Waterdown is looking for four volunteer families without dogs or cats to help host a student from Argentina for a one-year youth exchange program.
Garry Flood, a club youth exchange officer, said the 17-year-old female student will arrive in mid-August and attend Waterdown District High School for Grade 12.
She has severe allergies to cats and dogs, so the club is looking for families without the pets to host her for three months each, he said. Host families needn’t have a student attending the high school, although it would be helpful.
