Stretch of eastbound Garner Road closes for construction until December

Work between Wilson Street West and Southcote Road continues until December

Motorists are being advised to take alternate routes to avoid the closure of the eastbound lanes of Garner Road in Ancaster for construction between Wilson Street West and Southcote Road.

The North Service Road will be closed from Green Road to Teale Avenue in Stoney Creek until 5 p.m. on April 19, to allow for development-related sewer connections.

Motorists are being advised to take alternate routes to avoid the closure of the eastbound lanes of Garner Road in Ancaster for construction between Wilson Street West and Southcote Road.

Expected to continue until December, the work includes watermain supply and replacement, curb and roadway restoration, and related improvements, the city announced in a March 11 news release.
