The 43-hectare LaFortune Park in Caledonia is closing to the public next week for tree maintenance. But access to the Grand River via Lower LaFortune Park will be maintained, Haldimand County said in a news release.

LaFortune Park in Caledonia is closing to the public next week for tree maintenance.

The 43-hectare park that offers access to Grand River, along with nature trails and a disc golf course, will close from Monday, April 22 to Friday, April 26 at 4 p.m. to allow a Haldimand County contractor to conduct hazard tree maintenance.
