Environment Canada has put the City of Hamilton under a winter weather advisory.

A winter weather advisory is in effect for the City of Hamilton because of expected heavy snowfall.

Heavy and blowing snow of amounts from four to eight centimetres are expected this evening into early Tuesday morning, according to Environment Canada, along with reduced visibility; expect icy and slippery road conditions.
