City bosses to join Waterdown town hall on road safety

An April 18 town hall at the Waterdown library will give residents the chance to ask questions on road-safety topics like speed cushions, traffic lights, speed and red-light cameras, and road repairs.

Hamilton transportation director Carolyn Ryall and manager Mike Field will join Coun. Ted McMeekin for a town hall discussion on traffic-calming strategies for Waterdown, Flamborough and Carlisle on April 18.

The two-hour session begins at 7 p.m. at the Waterdown library branch, 163 Dundas St. E., and will give residents the chance to ask questions on road-safety topics like speed cushions, traffic lights, speed and red-light cameras, and road repairs.
