RBC Training Ground looks to identify future Olympic talent in Hamilton. Young athletes 14 to 25 are invited to attend, regardless of their sporting background.
Do you have what it takes to compete at the Olympic Games?
The Canadian Olympic Committee is scouting up-and-coming talent at the RBC Training Ground, coming April 28 to the David Braley Athletic and Recreation Centre at Mohawk College (135 Fennell Ave. W., Hamilton).
The free talent search includes scouts from 11 different Olympic sports. The event is open to all athletes aged 14 to 25, regardless of their sporting background.

Entering its ninth year, RBC Training Ground has identified and funded 13 Olympians, including seven Canadian Olympic medallists. RBC Training Ground also introduces athletes to sports for which they could be well suited but have never considered.
Ontario Olympian Brandon McBride — who competed in the 800-metre middle distance event at the 2016 and 2020 Olympics — will attend the April 28 session to give the young athletes some added encouragement.
