NOSH returns to celebrate the Hamilton’s food and drink scene

Ancaster Mill is taking part in NOSH. The month-long event encourages support for local businesses by celebrating Hamilton’s food and drink economy, featuring a diverse showcase of the unique and innovative flavours representing the city.

Excitement is in the air as the much-anticipated NOSH event makes a grand return after a hiatus since 2019.

NOSH, short for “North Hamilton Outlying communities South Hamilton,” is a culinary extravaganza running until Feb. 29 that celebrates the vibrant food scene in the city. The organizers tried to create a name that encompasses all parts of Hamilton and spoke to the food and drink aspect of the event.
