John Dinsmore and piper

Jim Yates, a piper with the veterans’ band of the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders of Canada, plays the bagpipes for another veteran piper, John Dinsmore, who is a patient at the West Lincoln Memorial Hospital.

It brought a grin to John Dinsmore’s face and a twinkle to his eye.

Dinsmore, a 83-year-old Grimsby resident and patient at the West Lincoln Memorial Hospital, is a longtime piper and honorary colonel with the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders of Canada.
