On Family Day, Monday, February 15, visitors can access two great sites for one low price. Guests can take a Black History Hike to the Griffin House or participate in interactive indoor activities at the Parks Canada Discovery Centre.

To celebrate Heritage Day and Family Day, Westfield Heritage Village is offering tours on Monday that will explore the “changing landscape” through a variety of buildings interpreted in different time periods. Visitors at the Regional Rd. 552 facility will also get a sneak preview and learn of plans for upcoming environmental exhibits set to begin in May.

The fun runs from 12:30 to 4 p.m. Admission fees:  adults: $7.50, seniors/disabled: $6.50, children 6-12 years old: $4.50. Children five and under get in free. Parking is free.
